National wildlife refuges DVD

Did you know that it's possible to visit national wildlife refuges while sitting in your favorite comfy chair? The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service recently added volume 3 in its "America's Wildest Places" series, and this one focuses on water.

"Volume 3 starts just north of Boston, on Massachusetts' Parker River National Wildlife Refuge, a unique island habitat that draws thousands of visitors a year to this prized jewel in the refuge chain. Your journey continues at Missisquoi refuge in far northern Vermont, an aquatic haven for herons and other bird life on the U.S.-Canada border. Shorebirds are the stars at Virginia's Chincoteague refuge, where sun, sand, and shore intersect at this avian hotspot."
