Loan to buy wetlands, grasslands in NWRs?
Two bills being considered by Congress -- H.R. 2757 and S. 1641, both named the Wetlands Loan Act -- could secure a loan of $400 million to buy wetlands and grasslands for the National Wildlife Refuge System during the next 10 years.

Cool news! Thanks for the info! I don't think raising the price of duck stamps is a bad idea, although it might discourage some non-hunters from buying one. It is the BEST way in terms of how much money actually goes for the conservation, so I am all for it.
