Scholarship for college-age birders

Birders age 18 to 23 who want to attend the annual American Birding Association convention in late June can apply now for a $650 scholarship. The convention, to be held at Snowbird outside of Salt Lake City, Utah, will include field trips, workshops, special presentations and social hours, giving young birders many chances to meet leaders in the community, including keynote speaker Julie Zickefoose.
